Spicy Korean Chicken

I love Korean food! Unfortunately there's a distinct shortage of good Korean restaurants near me. But luckily for me I've mastered a great spicy Korean chicken dish and best of all it's super simple. So read on for how to make it and of course salivate over more pics!

What you'll need

2 tablespoons oil 2 tablespoons Korean chili paste 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 tablespoon sesame oil 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon of minced ginger 2 cloves garlic, minced handful of sesame seeds Salt, to taste Mini chicken fillets Chopped spring onions

Step 1 Mix all of the above ingredients together in a bowl. (minus the spring onions)

Step 2 Bake in the oven at 200 degrees celsius for 30 minutes

Step 3 Serve on top of steamed rice or couscous if you're health conscious. Sprinkle the chopped spring onions on top.
